The RPM1 is the new entry level deck from Project. This turntable looks stunning and in many ways seems to redefine what is possible with budget turntables. It’s sold as a package including arm and cartridge with an external power supply, and the motor is free standing so isn’t coupled to the main plinth - an idea that is rather radical at this price level (as is the fact that there is no provision for a dust cover). As starter turntables go this one is a cracker. |

The Debut is already a classic budget turntable. Everything about is has been pared down to the minimum which is how it achieves its low price point, however the two important areas of sound quality and build quality are very much left intact. It comes complete with an Ortofon cartridge and can be setup within just a few minutes, making it the perfect deck for the enthusiast on a tight budget. |

The Planar 78 is a single speed turntable designed specifically for playback of 78rpm records only. A matching mono 78 cartridge is available for £49. |

The Planar 2 has been reborn, the latest version called the P2 is now available. It is also available with a Bias 2 cartridge factory fitted for a package price of £300. More details to follow. |

The P3 (Planar 3) is basically an evolved version of the P2 featured above. It features new RB301 tonearm and combines it with a glass platter, an even lighter plinth and a low voltage motor. It is ideally suited to the Rega Elys cartridge although other designs (such as the Goldring 1000 series) can be fitted if spacers are used (which we can supply and/or fit). |

Audio Note purchased the rights to continue making the Systemdex IIX when the original manufacturer ceased production several years ago. The TT1 (shown above) and the TT2 are evolutions of that basic design. Both decks use acrylic platters and motor pulleys with aluminium arm boards supported upon 3 springs. |
