Currently we are geared up mainly to take mail orders over the phone. Although we will have a form available soon as an alternative. We reserve the right to refuse mail order on certain items- Like all authorised dealers we are contractually obliged not to mail order some manufacturers items, and we will honour this contract at all times.
Postage and packaging cost will vary depending on the goods value and weight, although certain items do benefit from free carriage, please contact us and we’ll quote on an individual basis.
Refunds and exchanges
We offer a 7 day exchange or refund policy. If the product does not meet your expectations or does not sound as it did in our demonstration room then it is no problem to return it to us for a full refund or exchange. This is valid within the first 7 days ownership of the goods and assumes the item is in original condition and comes complete with all of the original accessories, packaging and manuals.
Please note this service may not be available on some specially ordered items and we also exclude headphones due to reasons of hygiene.
Items purchased via auction from our Ebay shop are also excluded from the 7 day exchange or refund scheme.
Returns
The customer is responsible for returning items to our premises if there is a warranty repair claim or if they wish to make use of our 7 day exchange policy. We regret that mail order postage costs on returned orders are not refundable.
Warranties
We are authorised agents for all of the new products we sell and as such all prices include a full manufacturers warranty - this varies between manufacturers from 1 year to lifetime.
All new items sold also benefit from our own two year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. However please note that we reserve the right to exclude certain non stock products from this offer and it also does not cover consumables such as valves, projectors bulbs, belts, cartridges, styli and so on.
All used items come complete with a sixth month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Payment
We accept most credit and debit cards. Cash and Cheques (with a guarantee card) are also accepted.
